Fran Davies established Unicorn Glass in 1978 and since then has specialised in Stained Glass Windows, offering unique and high quality creations combining her skill as an artist with designing and making windows and panels for a large variety of settings.
Fran gained a degree in Fine Art which was followed by teaching art before commencing her stained glass workshop.
A life long interest in the natural world has inspired most of her stained glass work; hundreds of commissions have been completed in the last 28 years.
Fran also runs 2-day workshops for those wishing to learn the skills of stained glass.
Fran is always anxious to develop new ideas and as well as her stained glass windows she also creates individual pieces using copper foil and fused glass.
